hello all,

another newbie, so good to have these forums, we all need help and support at certain times in our life, I know I will be on here all the time, as I am going into hospital for a hip replacement and then for an operation for stenosis and arthritis of my spine, I am a keen skier so hopefully next year will be like bionic woman and be able to ski again and return to the gym. I will be interested in hearing everyone's stories good and bad.
