My eye sights seem to drop every year I go in to get my eyes checked. They also get tired easily and are very dry (probably because I wear contact lenses).
Are there any supplements or vitamins recommendations for general eye health?
Thank you!

There are a few foods that are known to help with eye health. Vitamin A is most commonly associated with vision and more specifically night vision, so unless you're deficient to the point of other manifest symptoms (keratinisation/drying of the skin, recurrent skin, eye and respiratory infections etc.) then there's basically little evidence to suggest it's a vitamin issue. Theres also this recipe my mom passed down that's specifically made for eye health. It is made from whole-wheat flour fried in sugar and ghee, heavily laced with dried fruits and herbal gums. I do know of this supplements thats called Vision Formula and it contains stuff like opc and blueberry extract and it claims that it helps people with poor eyesight.
