With practice, you'll learn to recognize tension and tightness in your muscles and you'll be able to relax more easily. Each time you practice, however, you should experience a feeling of relaxation sweeping through your body.

Yeah well yoga and meditation can work really well to ease the tension in your body and everyone should try to do it at least once. Meditation really helps me with improving my overall day. I wake up 10 minutes earlier now so that I can meditate the first ten minutes of my day. I feel like it makes the biggest difference. I also eat healthy and it makes me feel great. I used to be an avid junk foodie and I would spend all my time chasing after the rush that eating junk food brings. But the thing is that the rush is short lived, and you feel worse overall at the end of the day. Additionally, I take grape seed extract which I get from this website: www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/opc-vital-opc-capsules. It really helps me in managing the discomfort from neuropathy and its a great supplement to take if you want a boost for your health generally. Helps with sugar regulation, pain, inflammation and organ health. Good stuff.
